Things she will never
stop believing
These are not nice words on a website. These are the things that have kept her going through long shifts, hard days, and every season that tried to knock her down.
God doesn't call the perfect. Good thing, because Joyce is not that. He calls the willing, and she has been showing up willing since day one.
The aide on the overnight shift. The resident nobody visits. The family member falling apart in the hallway. All of them. Every single one.
She has worked in some of the hardest rooms imaginable and she will tell you straight up: the ones with the most laughter survived the best. Don't skip the funny.
Half-effort is genuinely not in her vocabulary. She shows up with all of it. Every idea, every ounce of energy, all the heart. It's a lot. She knows.
They built things. They survived things. They have stories we haven't heard yet. Treat them accordingly, or don't bother showing up.
The best leaders she's ever seen were the ones willing to be last. Titles don't impress her much. How you treat people when no one's watching does.

Because caring deeply and sitting still have never been the same thing for Joyce. These two ventures are where years of experience, faith, and vision are becoming something real. Just getting started. Already beautiful.
